Terms and Conditions
1. The minimum total value for a wholesale order is US$200
2. The minimum order per design is 5 items.
3. Your order will be processed and confirmed with purchase invoice within 48 working hours of order placement and you will be advised including the shipping details.
4. The wholesale order will be processed out after receiving a 50% deposit.
5. The balance of the purchase order is to be made in full 10 days prior to shipping.
6. All Products are wrapped in paper and/or bubblewrap prior to shipping.
7. Prices listed are for products only, shipping rate is determined by volume of order and method of shipping.
8. The lead time for the orders is approximately 30 days from receipt of the deposit, this can be longer depending on the size of the order.
9. Shipment will be carried out by Air or Sea, or as directed by the customer.
10. Any local taxes and customs formalities must be borne or advised by the customers only.
11. Goods will be checked to our satisfaction and if customer requests replacements for any goods, the customer must provide satisfactory evidence that the goods were damaged prior to shipping. This may include returning of goods to us, postage for returning goods or exchange must be borne by customers.
12. If some of the ordered items are not available, the customer will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Payment will either be refunded excluding shipping and insurance (if any) or will be kept as credit for next order depending on the customer's decision.
Conditions
1. We are not responsible for any injury arising from any misuse of our products.
2. Purchaser is responsible for any local legislation issues.
3. Rarely, colors and designs may differ slightly as the products are handmade.
4. Shipping insurance is available on demand. Lanna Charm takes no responsibility for losses or damages caused by shipping companies.
